Professional Youth Lacrosse Training

Title Wave Lacrosse Academy provides one-on-one and team training sessions for boys lacrosse players, grades K-5 in the Monmouth County area. Our program is perfect for those who are new to the sport or more advanced players who are looking to improve their skills. With expert coaches and a variety of drills and exercises in Coach Sheridan’s "Game Day Series of Lessons” you'll learn everything you need to know to become a top-notch player!

Game Day Sessions will be starting in May. Fields and locations are set and will be announced shortly.

Meet the Coach: Bob Sheridan

Coach Sheridan is one of the most respected, recognized, and highly regarded representatives of New Jersey Lacrosse. He has a rich history with lacrosse having been an award-winning player, coach, advocate, fundraiser, club founder, referee, and most of all, fan of the game. Coach Sheridan received many awards for his achievements as both an athlete and an advocate of lacrosse, including: 

  • New Jersey Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame Inductee, as an outstanding player, outstanding referee, and outstanding contributor to the game over time

  • US Lacrosse “Man of the Year”

  • Former President of the NJ Lacrosse Foundation

  • Men's Division Coaches Council, Secondary Schools, USA, “Man of the Year”

  • Delbarton School Hall of Honor Inductee and Outstanding Alumnus of the Year

  • First Team All-State 2x, Midfielder, Delbarton School

  • The New Jersey Heroes Award for all sports from the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association, in partnership with the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters of America

  • The Garden State Distinguished Service Award

  • The New Jersey Lacrosse Foundation's Richard Rizk Unsung Hero Award

  • The "New Jersey Lacrosse Man of the Year," as selected by the High School Coaches Association

Through Title Wave Lacrosse Academy, Bob is looking to continue to grow the game and share his lifetime of lacrosse knowledge with the next generation of student-athletes.
